Robin Nicole Chaney

With our most heartfelt condolences we announce the passing of Robin Nicole Chaney, 36 of Tifton, Ga on November 28, 2022. Robin was born on April 13, 1986, to Ella Mae Watson and Robert Watson in Tifton, GA. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, aunt, and friend. Robin was devoted to her family. She loved being with her kids, singing, going to church, and she loved to work. 

At the age of 8, Robin was baptized at Simmons Grove Baptist Church in Omega, Georgia.  She was a member of Liberty Christian Outreach Ministries in Tifton, Georgia, where she sang in the choir.  She received her education in the Tift County School System, and was a graduate of Tift County High School.  She was employed at Delta Galil USA in Tifton, Georgia.

Robin was preceded in death by her sister, Rhonda Bell; her maternal grandfather, George Mack; her paternal grandparents, E.C. Watson and Betty Crockett; her paternal aunts, Betty May, Catherine Watson, and Bertha Bell Chaney.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Marvin Chaney, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia; children, Devonte Watson of Albany, Georgia; Desmond Watson and Demarcus Watson of Atlanta, Georgia; Ja’Mya Watson of Albany, Georgia; Ja’Ryha Chaney, Tychius Chaney, Marvin Chaney, and Julius Chaney of  Atlanta, Georgia; and King and Jordyn Lamb of Tifton, Georgia; parents, Ella Mae Watson of Tifton, Georgia and Robert Watson of Omega, Georgia; siblings, Patrick Mack, Lakesha Mack, Myesha Watson of Tifton, Georgia; Shannon Watson of Albany, Georgia; Alyssa Watson of Ashburn, Georgia; Anthony Bell of Fitzgerald, Georgia; and Monica Bell of Sylvester, Georgia; maternal grandmother, Alice Mack of Tifton, Georgia,; uncles, Joe Mack and Bobby Mack of Tifton, Georgia; Walter Watson of Miami, Florida; aunts, Stella Mack and Stephanie Mack of Tifton, Georgia; Leola Johnson of Arkansas City, Arkansas; Ella Mae Campbell of Metcalf, Mississippi; Carrie Shaw of Geenville, Mississippi; and Josephine Johnson of Chicago, Illinois; significant other, Marquevius Lamb, Sr.; best friend, Pamela Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
